Do you have personal fitness and wellness goals but your daily routine and time commitments simply do not allow you to get to the health club? The FitBall® concept could be the solution you have been looking for.

The FitBall® has successfully been used for over four decades in many areas of fitness and wellness. It is ideal for all ages and fitness levels with some core benefits:

  • It provides exercises for better posture, balance, body awareness and coordination.
  • It promotes functional movement for everyday life.

And all this, with the correct instruction, can be effectively achieved in the comfort of your own home!

Muay Thai boxing

MUAY THAI BOXING

It has a long history in Thailand which today varies slightly from the original art using kicks and punches in a ring with gloves similar to those used in Western Boxing. Muay Thai is referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows and knees are used extensively in this art. A master practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western Boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in primarily sport orientated forms of martial arts. Muay Thai is an especially versatile straight forward martial art.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline that strengthens our internal energy (Qi, chi), and allows it to flow more freely through the body. It is initially practiced for its health-giving benefits, calming the mind and body, increasing alertness, body awareness, co-ordination, circulation, posture, balance, and developing concentration, sensitivity, well-being, and a greater sense of ‘ground awareness’. Part of the physiological aspect of tai chi includes the effect it has on the brain, lymphatic system, and joints. Using gentle movements in combination with breathing, Tai Chi is great to release tension, maintain and enhance suppleness and tone / promote a heightened integration of body, mind and spirit.
