In August our company held a regional conference at Indigo Pearl resort. This was an important milestone event for Sun Life Financial involving over 60 executives from our global, Asia regional and country operations to build team cohesion as part of the roll out of our regional initiative. While there were many factors contributing to the success of this event, the unique backdrop of Indigo Pearl resort was undoubtedly a contributing factor. The eclectic nature of the rooms and resort design set the stage for our people to think differently from traditional approaches. The diversity of venues allowed us to continually bring freshness to the meeting environments. The high quality in food and service supported a high tempo during the conference. Of particular note was the team building ”In the Raw” cooking event orchestrated by your chefs that resulted in a fun, constructive and highly interactive activity that set the tone for the subsequent days. Thank you ao much for hosting the wonderful conference that Leading Edge Computers recently held at your resort. The feedback has been sensational; my clients, suppliers and members were all extremely happy with the event. It is the first time that they have ever entertained the thought of returning to the same venue twice. The rooms are beautiful, the location outstanding – close to the airport, not in the thick of things to drag attendees away but close enough for those who want to shop or enjoy the nightlife. The food was also out of this world, but to my mind the one thing that stands you apart from any other venue we have been to is your staff and their service attitude. Our offsite at lndigo Pearl from 14'h till 16th June 2007 went very well and all our participants had a very enjoyable time and were impressed with the uniqueness of the resort.
