Sunday Brunch

The ultimate in weekend dining – flavours of the land and sea, with the sound of free-flow bubbly.

Experience one of the best brunches available in Phuket – one of the earliest and highly-regarded on the island, every year brings a different theme to explore, with this year’s free-flow Champagne being no exception.

With a wide variety of foods to choose from, we have starters such as bruschetta and foie gras, poached seafood, smoked seafood, shellfish, a selection of fresh oysters from around the world, cold cuts & terrine, various cheeses, a Japanese station featuring sushi, sashimi and tempura, a barbeque and roast station with various cuts of beef, lamb, Wagyu rump, yellowfin tuna belly, spit-roasted pork, prawns and lobster, a Thai station with a weekly varying assortment of local and regional delicacies, and finally a dessert station with a selection so vast you’ll want to have it all.

Parents are welcome to have their children spend time in our Tin Box Kids Club for afternoon.
